apache server no longer pointing at domain directory

ok i think the server has installed apache2 and has overided directadmin any fixes?

What OS? How the server installed? Without any command by you? if used the package manager from os use the same for un-install apache and then use ./build rewrite_confs in /usr/local/directadmin/custombuild for restore httpd.conf in /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

If it's CentOS like OS, then you might need to disable and completely remove yum-updatesd.
