API for Account Messages

Is there an API function to display the Messages (top menu) of the user?

Hello,

There are at least:

• CMD_API_TICKET
• CMD_API_TICKET_CREATE
• CMD_API_TICKET_MANAGE

This is for a ticket system I mean Messages option under username top bar menu.(Where see brute force attacks, suspicious messages, etc.)
