Problem i have is that even though i'm using these limits abd setting them all to OFF, everything gets set to Unlimited anyway. Little help? Thanks!
 
The forum isn't broken...

It's just that for clarity the forum won't break a line without a space in it, and most HTML designed sites have formatting problems when a line extends longer than it should.

If the forum software were redesigned with CSS this could be solved.
