I was reading on the cloudlinux forum complaints about how directadmin is integrated with cloudlinux, and thought it was interesting that apparently cloudlinux developers are not happy with directadmin support compared to other panel developers:

Though, don expect things to change too much DA side, until we see some interest from DA.
You might like/dislike cPanel, but we get response from their support/developers same day or next day when we need anything.
Same is true about ISPManager. Plesk is anywhere from 1 day to 3 days.
InterWorx usually one day

DA -- it is usually never. We just don get any answers from them. Anything we need we have to figure out on our own, with no directions from DA staff at all.
We have quite a few DA customers, but until we get at least some pointers from DA developers -- DA will always be last component for us to implement.
And I am sure it is same for other plugin creators.

Considering directadmin is probably the number two panel at this point that is pretty suprising.

Well, this is not true. We do have direct contact with CloudLinux via a shared Slack channel. They can reach out to us any time, and we always respond during working hours. Most of the time the channel is quitet, so maybe not everyone at CL knows how to reach out to us 🤷‍♂️.

The last problem reported there (redis under LVE not starting after reboot) got resolved the same day. The situation was kind of opposite of what you describe :). The CL team member (probably junior support) did not fully understand how systemd bootstrap and LVE integration work, so we analysed the problem, explained the root cause, and provided a fix for it.

Not true. On the CP forums I've often waited 2 days to even get a response from cPRex which is just a moderator. I hardly see any of their developpers on the forums while @fln is present over here every day.

You might want to try yourself before believing what is told elsewhere.
