ASP on Apache

Can anyone please tell me whether if its possible to make Apache fully support ASP ?
I have found apache-asp,but it support PERL only.

For Linux, google mod_mono.

but to FULLY support ASP/ASP.NET, you should use windows.

I am getting this error
