Assign a Zone to a user

Is there a way I can assign a zone to a user, I can create it at https://server.example.com:2222/CMD_DNS_ADMIN and configure a zone file.

But I have not been able to figure out how to assign assign the zone to a user to permit them to maintain it.

You have to assign the domain to the user and then that user can maintain the zone.
