assign ip for user

i notice that my server ip blacklisted.

i try to assign new ip to a user.

but when the user send out email, it have the same problem, the mail is rejected.

may i know how to change the sender ip ?

Assigned IP is used only in vhost by default.

Be very careful when changing an IP# rather than fixing a problem, when your IP# is blacklisted. If you just change IP#s rather than fix the problem, then sooner or later all your IP#s will be blacklisted, and perhaps those of your upstream provider as well. And if that happens you'll really have a problem.
