Assigning a User Same domain as reseller...

Hi:

I have a pretty simple question, but I can't seem to find the answer to in the various videos or help docs.

Can I "add a user" using the same domain name that I was assigned when signing up as a reseller? I need to create email accounts, create mysql, etc, but in my main reseller access area, I don't see any place to do that, so I understand I need to "add a user". But that's the problem because I'm not able to create a user with the same domain name as the domain name I have for my reseller account. After attempting to do it, it said "domain already exists".

So...is there any way to create email accounts, mysql, and all the other things that can be done on the user level, within a reseller access area, or is it necessary to "add a user" in order to do this stuff? If so, then is it somehow possible to add a user with the same domain name as the reseller domain name?

You cant add two users with the same domain name. Each reseller has a user level access too you just have to be in user level instead of reseller level to access the features such as email.

Thanks. I appreciate it. I was trying to get to the user level from the reseller level, but I couldn't figure it out until just now when I looked again and noticed a link for "user level". Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
