you will find a open source billing solution.
I integrated it imn my site in 10 minutes.
and with using the PayPal module got it working creating accounts.
It works great but i lack the knowledge to make it work 100% with DA
But there must be someone like that arround here.
Please take a look at the version 0.4 wich i use at define-hosting.com/shop (not fully functional)

And i have a dutch translation available fot the order panel @
