audit_log_user_command(): Connection refused problem

Hi everyone.

I am running shoutcast radios however on the logs it shows the following

[Mon Jan 04 17:44:50 2010] [warn] RewriteCond: NoCase option for non-regex pattern '-f' is not supported and will be ignored.
[Mon Jan 04 17:44:50 2010] [warn] RewriteCond: NoCase option for non-regex pattern '-d' is not supported and will be ignored.
[Mon Jan 04 17:44:57 2010] [warn] RewriteCond: NoCase option for non-regex pattern '-f' is not supported and will be ignored.

Can anyone describe what this means?

ALso can I add that the shoutcast radio;s will not start and it could be due to this.
