Auto generate new email passwords for a list of emails possible?

Hi all,

After some googling and searching in the forum i couldnt find a solution for this problem:

After having the server hacked, we would need to gernerate new email passwords for a long list of email addresses.

Is there a automatic way - via script maybe - to acceave this?
