Auto-Reply Not Working for Gmail Addresses in Company Email

I set up an auto-reply for our company email.

However, the email addresses did not receive the auto-reply when they sent an email to us.

The issue seems to be specific to Gmail addresses, as they are unable to receive the auto-reply from our company email.

I have a autoreply for a certain mailbox, everything works well. except the automatic replies to gmail accounts.
