Is it possible to do this in the auto responder function?

Hello {username}

Thank you for your email . Your ticket has been created . Your ID is #{ID}

This is just a example but is it possible and how can i do this?

You'd have to write your own autoresponder and forward the email address to it.

Why don't you use a ticket software, so called helpdesk?
