How to automatic download backup files from DirectAdmin CentOS in path /home/admin/admin_backups/ to my MacMini everyday?

The most simple way would be to run FTP server on your MacMini (if it's possible of course), and set a proper task in Directadmin.

I would just write a shell script that uses scp to grab the data.
