Automatic example.com.hp.server.com pointer creation

Hello,

Say I have DA server named: hp.server.com
I am creating new domain example.com on it.

What I wish is that DA automaticaly make pointers so that I could access
example.com by typing example.com.hp.server.com


I have seen that done on some DA servers, but how?

The page you mentioned explains how to run scripts on different DA occasions, domain creation for example. That is one part of a question.

Could anyone give an example of script, which does the following -

Accessibility of example.com by typing example.com.hp.server.com

(both example.com and server.com resides on the same machine).
