I just tried to run awstats_process.sh on a new domain to try and generate some data.
Usually this results in the creation of some txt files in the .data folder, but this time the folder stays empty. When using the CGI to check out the stats, everything is at 0 and at the top I have the message "Never updated (See 'Build/Update' on awstats_setup.html page)"

Any idea of what is going on?

It won't work if you've got no awstats config for the domain.

Also it will not work unless the domain dns resolves, so you must test it on a domain that is working.

Hello,
Thank you both for your answers.
The domains resolves and hits are recorded in the Apache log file.
There is a configuration file in the .data folder and html files are being generated. They just don't contain any useful information as all the build files (txt) don't seem to get generated.
