I have a very confusing issue, at least it's very confusing for me.
I asked my host to implement a change found on the forum here - is was to allow dymanic stats.
That ended up not working, so they rolled back the changes.
Now, cron is running, with no errors. I can do a manual tally in SSH with no errors. It's takes an appropriate amount of time so it appears it's doing it's job.
The problem is that when viewing the stats through DA, the resulting pages are NOT updated. Stats haven't been updated for a few weeks now.
It would seem the files are not being written anywhere. I've searched the entire server for files with similar names and can't find a thing.
What I think I want to do is completely remove AWStats and reinstall it fresh. I'm not concerned with keeping old data, etc.. starting fresh is just fine.
I can't find any info on removing or completely reinstalling AWStats.
I did do the custombuild thing again, and it processed without error. However, after a manual tally, the stats pages are still not updated.
It's probable that I'm not looking in the right logs for errors. Can someone point me to general troubleshooting locations?
