awstats not working properly

Hi, the awstats that comes with directadmin dosent seem to be working properly.

First off it dosent show united states visits at all but shows canada etc just fine.

Second the urls where visitors are coming from arent all showing either.

What can the problem be?

Also some visits and references are showing but its just some countries such as united states that never show up.

If you don't even know that somebody from the country visits you, why do you blame Awstats and say, that it does not work? If you do not know, how to work and read system and apache logs, you'd better add a Google analytics to your site and compare its results with the results from Awstats. If you don't want or dislike Google, you might want to use any other free or paid visits counter.
