Backup account from one server and restore onto another server?

hi,
My new client use DirectAdmin shared hosting, he uses email service, web php and mysql database.
He can backup the whole of account and then restore on my server. I must config anything after he restore from my server?

Normally you create an account and user package on your server for him.
After that he can login and restore his user backup from the other shared hosting. Then everything should be fine. At least if the mysql server versions running on the old hosting and your hosting are not too different.

Normally after the customer restores you should not need to config anything anymore.
