Backup all users via SSH

Looking to do this every few months or so manually, anyone know the command to backup everything within a users account (website, SQL, email etc.) ?

I tried the commands at the above link. All I get is "Invadid option: --destination="
Does this no matter what path I try for destination.

I just tried like this:
/usr/local/directadmin/directadmin admin-backup --destination=/home/admin/admin_backups --user=username

Mind that I did not use any " characters or something. But I did not get the invalid option for destination.

Which distro and version are you using?
And which DA version?
