Backup error on 2 accounts for admin backup

He Guys,

We are getting an error on 2 accounts during the admin backup.
We cannot seem to find out why. Below is the error message:

Error removing extra IPs from backup zone: Unable to read /backup/admin_backups/######/backup/######.nl/######.nl.db : /backup/admin_backups/groep2375/backup/######.nl/######.nl.db is 0 bytes in size

Does anyone have a clue or direction for us to solve this?

Well, i guess this user has multiple ip's?
Or does your server use multiple ip's?
Or did you change ip for this client?

The 2 accounts have just 1 ip. The server does has multiple ip's (1x ipv4 and 1x ipv6) and we haven't changed the ip
