Backup issue

i need to migrate some accounts from other providers server to my server. For this i tried to generate backup its generate successfully with the name like backup-Aug-04-2021-1.tar.gz. so is it possible to restore to our server with this backup or not.??????

Manual Create that user, and upload that file to user backup, then use tools restore from User Levels
