Backups are beginning to take extremely long (in our opinion) for servers with about 120+ users and 20GB in space used. These servers are almost not usable for nearly 4 hours.
Even though these backups run nightly, the load is still too high for too long.
We have daily external backups on an internal network - though I doubt the external fact contributes to the high load.
How are others experiencing this and if you had any problems how did you solve them?
