backup problem

Hi,
i can't backup my domain
please help.
directadmin error log:
2009:03:28-12:25:40: File ./data/users/billy/user.usage has been written to after this process read it. Not going to overwrite it.
2009:03:28-12:28:12: File ./data/users/billy/user.usage has been written to after this process read it. Not going to overwrite it.

error backup the domain:
Error Compressing the backup file /home/billy/backups/backup/home.tar.gz :
Error Compressing the backup file backup-Mar-28-2009-1.tar.gz :
Please help!

Run the backup at a different time.

PS:
i can run backup on reseller /admin level on same domain.
i can't run it as user level
