I am upgrading our site and have made a mistake. Before did anything, I did make a backup file, but cannot figure out how the reload it in. Can Someone give me some general directions on how to load in the saved backup file that was made?
Second, I also had to deactivate a plugin, but can not find where it is to reactivate it. Can someone give me general directions on where to find that, as well?
