Hello. I have a user level backup of an account. Judging by the size of the file, it definitely contains the entirety of the contents of the account. However, when I restore the backup using the DA interface, only the domains folder is restored (and the other stuff, databases and such). Is there an automated way to also restore the other files into the account?

Do you restore from admin or reseller account?
Because when it's a user level of an account, you must first create the user.
Then login as the user (in the user's user account) and the restore the user level backup. You should be fine then.
If you did it this way, and the other stuff is not restored, I don't know what can be causing it. You can best check logfiles then for what is going on.
