Backup/restore admin to new server

Hey!

Right now i'm migrating some DA boxes to a new server.

My question is when i create a backup of ADMIN and restore it on the new server, will it just merge the domains with the exisisting ADMIN?

i really need to know for sure because when the new ADMIN overwrites the existing one i have to through a real hell to set it up again..

Well, make a backup of the current admin before restore, im pretty sure that restore function will not mess things up
