Backup Server Connection Error

Hello friends

my backup server which is centos with pure-ftpd stop accepting backup from a server which is DA and here is error

ftp_upload.php exit code: 7
ftp_upload.php output: curl: (7) Failed connect to stgsig1.hoster.pk:21; Connection refused

any idea how i can fix it

did you visit provided link?
Check is ftp server running on receiving side, also check are passive ports 35000:35999 opened in firewall?

With same settings my all other server can send backup successfully to this server only 1 server or some clients get connection error after sometime or after a number of files thats what i feel
Like if someone start uploading 20 files on 21 file he will get connection error or someone keep connected from last 30 minutes or inactive from last 30 minutes maybe he get disconnected

This is what i feel, i myself didn't tested or didn't face any issue

maybe CSF config, connection tracking or ftphelper, try add ftp server IP to allowed in csf or configure csf.

already, both server IPs are whitelisted in each other firewall

test connection manually, from ssh console of this server with same credentials.
