Backup to another DA Server

Hi,

I urgently need to transfer a backup from one DA to another DA server. However, DirectAdmin keeps refusing to do so, and throws up errors.

How else can I do this? I need this done ASAP (the old server has a rootkit using 100's GB of bw a month.
