I have a problem, with DA I can't back up anymore with the interface, i think probs with crons or queue
Is there an other way to back up?
I need only the users settings and the users files on their ftp.

If you're a system administrator you need to verify that cron is working, and that your sysbk file hasn't been damaged. Ignoring errors in cron will dangerously affect your server in many ways, not just backup.

If you need a reinstall of your sysbk files you may find them on the DirectAdmin site or you may have to contact DirectAdmin support.

If you're a site owner without full server access then you need to contact your hosting company.

run the following command as route:

locate sysbk

That'll tell you all the file paths with "sysbk" in them.
