Backups and restore issue

So we are testing out the backup and restore options of directadmin but something is strange.

When we turn on scheduled backups via admin/backup/transfer icon its backups up fine.

However if we login as a customer the customer cannot restore the backups we made?

Please advise.
 
1. ,as user you must make your own backups and afterwards you can restore is
2. as admin or reseller, you must rename it, your backups are made as admin or reseller and cant be restored as user
 
Probably.

Or you an restore the backups you make for the user.
Or provide the user with a backup you made and rename it to backup-Nov-16-2021-1.tar.gz so with date like this example. Then they can restore it.

There are some Dutch ISP's who provide automatic backups for users, which they can put back themselves. But this might be some custom method or related to Cloudlinux (I don't use that, so I don't know) or something.
