backups problems

Hi,

I'm having trouble with backups, the current users on this server were migrated from another DA server backup, now when I try to setup a programmed backup from the DA Admin panel I get some errors, it seems that it's trying to store de backed files on the wrong folders.

This is the backup setup on the DA Admin panel:
*target IP was removed





This are the errors I get when the backup jobs completes:

Try a manual ftp command (through shell) to the backup server usoing the same settings for username, password, and root directory, and see what you get.

Instead of the / as root directory maybe try the full path to the username's home directory on the backup server, without a / at the end.

That's what works for me.
