Ok I have a customer asking when their bandwidth rolls over.
I would first assume it would be 1 month exactly after their account was set up.
But in DirectAdmin it is showing in stats and bandwidth (in clients account), that it will (and every other account) roll over at the start of each month.
Is this correct? If so it doesn't seem to make sense in a billing environment.
I did notice earlier this month the bandwidth cron reset didn't go through (clients made us aware of this) so I did it myself by running the command.
I don't know if this contributed to the issue or not.
Any ideas?
