Bandwidth allocation

I have DirectAdmin on a CentOS with a 10Mbps unmetered connection to my dedicated server. Is there any way to allocate like 8Mbps to a certain media type, for instance videos, and then have the other 2Mbps be for the rest of my server operations, such as page loading?
I want to host videos on my server, but do not want to have to buy another server to host the site storing the videos.

I'm afraid if the site gets popular then no one will be able to view the web-pages because there will be no more bandwidth left. But I would instead like to have the users still be able to see the site, but If there are too many users streaming the video, then the site would not be affected, just the video streaming would.

I hope my question makes sense.

I figure DA doesn't have any features like this, but if someone knows of tutorials or anything on this subject that would be great.

Thanks in advance for any help!

It looks like you could just host the videos on a dedicated IP and use the firewall's traffic shaping.

On FreeBSD it's quite easy to set up, not sure about CentOS though.
