Bandwidth and Disk Space bars in users level not showing

Hello,.

Notice the pic I attached.

The Bandwidth adn Disk Space bars (usually with colors of Green or Orange or RED).. are just empty.. and actually look like they are truncated from the Left side.

How to resolve this issue?
