Got an email stating I am about to use 90% of the alloted bw and my account will be closed till next month, once I reach the limit.

I checked and the admin shows only 50% being used, however, there are 2 domains in the account. So what they ware saying is that 2 domains split in half the total bw and that is the limit for each, 50 and 50, and that I am reaching the limit in at least one?

Anyway, how do I get
1) more bw?
2) should I disregard the email since the admin shows only 50% being used?

It depends, did the letter specify a domain or your account.

Your account has a bandwidth limit and then the domains you create can also have a bandwidth limit that way one domain doesn't drain your entire account resources

Thanks. Here is the email

This is ALL it said:
------------------------
Your account (blablabla) is about to exceed 90 percent of the bandwidth quota limits set by your administrator. If you exceed your bandwidth quota, your account services (HTTP, FTP, POP, SMTP) may stop functioning.

------------------------

Not sure what to do about this. My admin shows different information (like 4Gb used out of a total of 10)

I opened a ticket but haven't heard anything... Can you recommend other way of contacting support? Is there a phone number?

Are you admin of the server?

If so you can set your reseller account and your user account to allow overselling, so your website won't be shut down when you reach your limit.
