Bandwidth monitoring of ETH0 incorrect

We experience the following problems with DA bandwidth monitoring of ETH0
Our DA system show our total usage on ETH0 as 3GIG of traffic
We have Cacti monitoring ETH0 and Cacti show 15GIG of traffic
We also have a different system that monitors the servers IP address and this system also show the same as Cacti 15GIG

Where and how can we get the bandwidth monitoring sorted out on DA as I’m convinced that DA is total incorrect.

It is not incorrect. Da only monitors the bandwidth of mail, httpd and ftpd. Everything else is not monitored.

If so how will we see? as we supply clients with VPS and charge the clients for traffic, clients do not understand that the system only monitors "mail, httpd and ftpd" do the system monitor pop3?

First understand that DA does not monitor the ethernet interface at all. It gathers bandwidth from the logs generated by the other systems running.
