Bandwidth not resetting/logging

I'm assuming this is a leap year thing. The standard message with users who are getting close to using all their bandwidth came out on the 29th and now nothing is happening. It's showing the accumulated totals since Feb 1 but they are no longer growing (and obviously didn't reset on the 1st).

I tried running "echo 'action=tally&value=all' >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue" to no avail. I didn't get any errors, but it's not doing anything.

Please help! Customers are freaking now.

Same problem on my servers. Freaked out myself when I saw the bandwith usage on the 3rd of a month :D

What can we do?

Agreed, why didn't it? It's the first time actually in having DirectAdmin for I guess about 2 years that it did it. It has to be something with leap year. That's the only thing that makes any sense at all.

I guess i'm another curious cat too.

Anyone who why it happened to begin with or how to find out why it happened and if there are any solutions (if this is common)

Thanks

It's a good thing I saw this, I never even realized that my bandwidth wasn't being tallied correctly.

I just ran the reset / retally commands and that worked. It seems to have started fresh and is now counting yesterdays and today's bw usage so far on users accounts.

Odd. I wonder what caused that, and more importantly, when is DA going to fixed it :)

Discovered this today, after the same problem nearly cut one of my customers off for exceeding their bandwidth, after they'd only used 1/10'th of it in reality!

Thanks for the solution.
