Bandwidth Throttling

• Does DA provide any sort of bandwidth throttling or ratios or per-object limits?

DA itself doesn't, as it doesn't monitor traffic except through logs.

Of course apache can, using mod_throttle.

Have you searched the forum for mod_throttle?

how do you keep a user from sending out emails that use up all your bandwidth or crazy usage similar?
