Bandwidth Update bug?

I have just noticed that DA did Not update/reset the bandwidth per user starting January 1, 2010
everyone is cumulative as of December 2009
someone care to give the root command to reset the tally's?
plus is this a bug for version

Compiled on Redhat CentOS 4.0
Server Version 1.34.4
Current Available Version 1.344000

followed that, seems all is as should be, so I did those two commands,
all seems ok
