i've applied for internal licensing and have a client desperately asking me to get his server set up and i cant get the installation going without licensing info.....

is there any other contact information for directadmin ?

How long have you been waiting? Have you used the safe submit form?

I have been trying to contact anybody from domain direct for 3 months even sent normal post with no reply I am in process of getting new hosting because i cannot contact them
I have support tickets open for SIX MONTHS VERY POOR SERVICE
if anybody is there CONTACT ME
 
Darryl if you are trying to contact DirectAdmin for a hosting problem then you are contacting the wrong people. DirectAdmin is the control panel many hosting companies use. They DO NOT host your site.

DirectAdmin does not even have support tickets so I do not know who you are submitting tickets to but it is not DirectAdmin.

If you want to get new hosting then that is fine. But that does not have anything to do with DirectAdmin or this forum. You are in the wrong place.
 
The DirectAdmin company, JBMC Software, does not have a ticket system.

The DirectAdmin control panel has a ticket system for the hosting company that uses it.

In the control panel when you fill out a ticket you are contacting your hosting company NOT JBMC Software. JBMC Software is not a hosting company and unless you own a DirectAdmin license you should not be contacting them at all unless you plan to start a hosting company and want to buy a license.

If the ticket is not answered then that is the fault of your hosting company not JBMC Software. If your hosting company is not a member of this forum then posting complaints about them here is not going to help you at all.
