Hello guys,
About 10% of my support tickets are related to this feature. Customers get confused when they have to place a / when you want the root folder (public_html) redirected.
I have a great idea. Since these redirections are done on a domain basis, why don't we just fill in the / so it shows:
Domain path: www.the-selected-domain.com/(enter this in automátcially) and then the field (tip: leave blank to redirect root directory)
since it is a given that that domain and the root slash / will always be there, and most clients DO want to redirect the root.
Customers just don't understand the bar. "What does that mean??" , "Just the slash ??" or "Oohhh ok, now I understand"
We can avoid all of that, I think.
