Beware of CPSkin​

Hi.

20 days ago i bought a skin from cpskins, the skin look really great and when i
installed that skin it was terrible, some of the colors was terrible the cron job page
looks like a notepad text with white background and black text

I posted at cpskins forums and told him that the skin is not quite as he claimed to be that great looking.

I waited for 2 days and no answer. Then I post again and then i got replay on my support forum thread.

He answerd.

Let me do a test install and see what's happening and get this fixed. Sorry about that.

And he did that.

Afer that he send me email about this, and told me he had to upgrate the skin so it would fit for DirectAdmin 1.4.

Then he emaild me and told me to reinstall the skin and i did, BUT.

The skin does not install.

I emaild him and posted on his forum, with no reply.

He basically is ignoring me.

I contact paypal about this and I am hoping to get my money back.

So DirectAdmin users DO NOT BUY SKIN FROM CPSkins.

Bad experience.

Thought I haven't bought a copy of the skin for myself, I've supported a server with such a skin. Very nice skin, and everything have been working fine. Did your server and software versions fully meet the skin requirements? Did you contact the support team?

I'm sure you can find a solution, if you contact the developers of the skin.

Note, I'm not any way affiliated with the skin and its developers either.
