BFM scanning interval

I tried to find information about the scanning interval in BFM but it seems that it doesn't excists as configuration setting. I am wondering how long BFM sleeps before processing log files again? In CSF you can set the interval for LFD (default 5 seconds).

Maybe a good feature request?

If i dont remember bad is done via crontab once per day.
