Big problem : Proftpd doesn't function.

Hello,

I have a problem with Proftpd, it's running, but I can't connect in my account, "Connection timout", it's exist a function to repair Proftpd ? I have try to restart but the same problem, and I have too reboot theserver, but nothing...

I have the lastest version of Proftpd.

Can you help me ?

Do you have any firewall active? Maybe your firewall is blocking the port 21.

You can too check the proftpd logs in /var/log/proftpd/ if there are any problem with proftpd daemon should be in the logs.
