bind-chroot Did I done right?

Hi,

Today I take a time to chage named run as chroot under /var/named/chroot
Under fedora core2
I modify /etc/sysconfig/named to specify ROOTDIR
I moved all the db files in /var/named/ to /var/named/chroot/var/named. Also moved /etc/named.conf to /var/named/chroot/etc/

Restart bind and notice that DA can not read DNS data. So I go to directadmin folder and modify directadmin.conf

namedconfig=/var/named/chroot/etc/named.conf
nameddir=/var/named/chroot/var/named

Restart directadmin also. Now everything seems like working normal but wonder is there anything I missed.

Please advice.

I have this working, but I am not sure if the is a permissions problem. New Zone files are owned by root instead of named. Will this work?
