Bind update 9.2.4 > 9.2.4-24.EL4 (YUM)

Hello,

Can i update bind/named with YUM without any problems? I've read some troubles here on DA.com.

OS: CentOS 4.4

Most likely, as long as you don't update bind-chroot or cacheing-nameserver (if your nameserver isn't set as a cacheing-nameserver).

Look here if you accidentally install chrooted bind.
