Blank WP admin screen AND homepage - unable to work on site for days

try to enable debugging and/or displaying PHP errors into a browser to see what does it complaining about.

FYI: I looked in http://198.55.101.90:2222/CMD_SYSTEM_INFO and I'm using Php 5.3.21 and the error is with PHP 5.3.3 so maybe it applies to my version. What do you think?

Per http://solutionfactor.net/blog/2010/10/21/wordpress-call-to-undefined-function-get_option/,
1. I deleted trailing spaces from the wp-config.php and functions.php files
2. I will re-upload the entire Word Press installation (seems as if Word Press files have a way of becoming corrupt during their upload, which sounds odd)

Question: Do I have to create a new database or simply reupload files and update wp-config.php?

Question: How do I enable debugging and/or displaying PHP errors into a browser to see what it's complaining about? I ask the webhost to change ssh commands on my behalf since I'm unfamilar with vps.

No, you have not. Of course if your DB is correct and OK.

That's the core, I'd say. You really need to re-upload PHP files. And make sure, you've got /home/forward/domains/realheadache.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/db-cache-reloaded-fix/db-module.php
 
I forgot to mention that I had to get tech support to remove db-cache-reloaded-fix via DirectAdmin cause I was unable to delete it from WP admin. Actually, on March 2nd, I told tech support that I was working in WP admin trying to delete the db-cache-reloaded-fix plugin and since then the blank page is displaying on both the homepage and WP admin. I had installed db-cache-reloaded-fix from the WP plugin repository and I think there's malware in it -- that's why I've been unable to delete it. That plugin is now hijacking my site.

I initially asked for help in Wordpress forums and another user was experiencing the same problem. I then had tech support to delete the malware plugin and they also disabled all php functions after I told tech support that in WP admin this plugin had returned the following error message when I click the "Enable" checkbox for this plugin:

Settings can't be saved. Please chmod 755 file db-config.ini

1. Do you think tech support was right to disable all php functions?
2. You say "You really need to re-upload PHP files." Do you mean Wordpress files?
3. You say "make sure, you've got /home/forward/domains/realheadache.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/db-cache-reloaded-fix/db-module.php." There's no way I'll ever add that malware plugin again.

Question: How do I remove all code from that malware plugin? I looked in my database but I couldn't tell where it was stored before I had tech support delete it. I told them to remove it permanently cause I don't want it infecting my files.

They wouldn't do any harm to your server, I'd rather say.

Then you need to disable loading of the plugin Or just create an empty file in /home/forward/domains/realheadache.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/db-cache-reloaded-fix/db-module.php
