All my servers are being hit from Baide and Yandex too many times and it makes my clients unsatisfied,
So I've decided to block these two using the guide below

But how can I block these bots for all of my websites?
I guess editing httpd.conf is not good solution because it may be wiped every time we update httpd or rewrite the conf
Any suggestion on how to make it done?
