Block from web server, ftp and ssh

I several times got blocked from web server, ftp and ssh in my server. But my IP Address isn't in firewall if i got blocked. Could someone help me with solve this issue?

Ok i will elaborate my issue:
Today i got an issue, when I upload the files through the FTP i got blocked i don't know why. Then when I'm browse to pointed domain to that server it's request time out, and I'm tried with look what happened through SSH then the ssh wasn't allow me to login.

I suppose this could be an issue with outgoing traffic as suggested by user scsi. I'd suggest also try turning off all firewalling on your server temporarily to see if that fixes the issue.

OK, and what traceroute shows in normal situation and in a case, when you're blocked? Is it still possible to connect to the server from another IP or public proxies?

p.s. You might want to check availability of your server with http://host-tracker.com/ to learn whether the server is blocked or only your IP.
